Jim Westphal to Present at the International Transportation Management Conference & Exhibition

Arlington, VA, January 5, 2006 - James W. Westphal, Managing Director, MergeGlobal Capital Advisors LLC, will present at the International Transportation Management Conference, in Houston, Texas on 27-28 February 2006. Mr. Westphal will discuss "Freight Capacity Forecasts - All Modes" along with speakers Gao Weijie of COSCO North America, Rollin Bredenberg of BNSF Railway, and a representative of Continental Airlines. The panel will address issues such as the viability of the current infrastructure of air, ocean and rail carriers; the impact of aircraft design, fleet configurations, and passenger airline security initiatives on air freight capacity; and underlying demand trends.
