MergeGlobal Appoints Jim Douglas as a Principal Advisor

Arlington, VA, September 30, 2005 - MergeGlobal,
is pleased to announce the appointment of
Principal Advisor, James Douglas to their firm.
Mr. Douglas will utilize his 30-plus years
experience in the air cargo, less-than-truckload
and rail industries in assisting MergeGlobal's
clients.
Mr. Douglas has held COO and CFO positions with World Airways, Gemini Air Cargo, and Overnite Transportation. He is on the Board of Directors of Best Transport, a web-based Transportation Management System provider, and has also served on the Board of Trustees for Mary Baldwin College and on the Business Advisory Council for Virginia Commonwealth University.
In addition to an Advanced Management Program Certification from Harvard University, Mr. Douglas holds his BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
