MergeGlobal Names Fred Brown as a Principal Advisor

Arlington, VA, August 4, 2005 - MergeGlobal, the
financial and strategic consulting firm,
announced today that M. Fred Brown will join
their team as a Principal Advisor. Mr. Brown
will lend his expertise in corporate finance to
their clients.
With more than 25 years of experience in financing, leasing and trading large commercial jet aircraft, highbypass jet engines and aviation spare parts, Mr. Brown brings a vast array of knowledge to the team. Mr. Brown is founder/owner and President of Aerodyne Capital, a commercial aircraft trading company based in California. Previously, Mr. Brown was a managing director at three major asset trading and leasing companies: Blenheim Aviation, CIS Corporation and Itel Corporation. He launched his career with Goldman Sachs & Co., where he became a Vice President in Corporate Finance.
He received both his Juris Doctor and MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently a member of the California Bar.
