Arlington, VA, September 27, 2006 – Brian P. Clancy, Managing Director, MergeGlobal, Inc., will present at the October board meeting of the Intermodal Transportation Institute (ITI), located at the University of Denver, on 4 October 2006. ITI board meetings bring together CEOs, COOs and CMOs from leading
containership lines, railroads, trucking companies and logistics providers in the North American market.

In his presentation, Mr. Clancy will discuss how the progressive internationalization of supply chains is forcing carriers and logistics providers to reorient their networks in order to remain responsive to customer needs. Further he will lay out the case for a transportation “super cycle” in which the ongoing structural changes in the world economy will drive faster revenue growth and higher stock market valuations for transportation and logistics firms that correctly identify and react to the broad forces reshaping the industry.
