Arlington, Virginia, April 2nd, 2009 - Brian Clancy, Managing Director, MergeGlobal, Inc., will address this year’s Cargo Network Services (CNS) Partnership Conference, to be held on May 3-5, 2009 in San Diego. During his presentation, Mr. Clancy will review the outlook for air freight demand, and then discuss how a prolonged downturn, coupled with potentially permanent changes in customer behavior, could reshape competitive strategy for firms in all parts of the air cargo industry.

About the conference
Organized by CNS, a U.S. subsidiary of IATA, the May 2009 conference will bring together more than 500 air cargo industry professionals including senior management at key airlines and freight forwarding companies from the U.S. and around the world. The 2009 conference will focus on “Implementing the Vision” which is a program geared to help the US forwarding and carrier community meet customer demands and deadlines in the global marketplace while dealing with a more informed and technologically savvy customer. The workshops will bring the members up-to-date and connect them to the latest developments in the U.S. air cargo industry allowing for improved service across the entire US air cargo logistics chain.
